The 2nd Annual

Southside Golf Show

Winding River Golf Course Clubhouse

February 10, 2001

In February, R.H. West Management's golf pro's along with pro's from eleven other courses and golf merchandise outlets gathered at Winding River Golf Course for the 2nd Annual Southside Golf Show to benefit Riley Children's Hospital.

Several local area and national corporations sponsored the event including American Trans Air (ATA), Wilson, Spalding, Godwin & Sons, Comcast Cable and Coca-Cola.  ATA provided two roundtrip airfares anywhere in the continental United States to the winner of the Show's raffle.  Spalding and Wilson each provided 100 sleeves of golf balls to visitors and Comcast Cable provided advertising while Coca-Cola and Godwin & Sons chipped in cash.

The Show was a success and sign up has begun for vendor participation for next years show.   For more information on the Southside Golf Show contact Scott Rinear at (317) 856-4249 or by email at rhwest@indy.net.
