R. H. West Management Corporation's Founder & President Ron West
Ron West, President - Ron has been involved in the day to day operations of golf facilities since January 1, 1987. His diverse and enterprising business experience has a foundation of twenty-five years in the radiator repair, manufacture and distribution business before selling the multi-state operation to a national leader in that industry in 1986 to pursue his interest in owning a private golf club. Ron has been a devoted golfer since 1961 and continually strives to ensure that R.H. West Management is providing top quality golf at an affordable price. Devoted to the game of golf in Indiana, Ron is the catalyst for the success and continued growth at R.H. West Management Corporation. In late 2005, Ron began his tenure as the President of the Indiana Golf Course Owners Association for 2006 and 2007.
Joe Denning, Director of Superintendents - Joe was formally named Directors of Superintendents for R.H. West Management Corporation in 1999. Joe has been involved with golf course maintenance since the early 1980's and began his tenure with company as the Grounds Superintendent at Royal Oak Country Club in March of 1987. Since then, Joe has overseen the turf and green space development at all of R.H. West Management's golf courses. Joe is a certified Golf Course Superintendent and chemical applicator and is a member of both the National and Indiana Golf Course Superintendent organizations.
Jason West, Operations Coordinator - Jason is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Public Financial Management. Moving from Indiana's largest municipal finance firm brokering both stocks and bonds to the golf industry in 1997 Jason assumed the Vice President of Operations position with R.H. West Management in 1998. Wearing a variety of hats for the company, Jason participates in the financial assessment and acquisition of golf and related properties. Jason founded Grafton Peek Catering and sales have been growing rapidly since 2005 when the decision was made to actively pursue outside catering opportunities as a means of increasing the overall food and beverage operations. Grafton Peek Catering became an independent operation in 2007 and currently has four exclusive venues in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Grafton Peek Catering continues to oversee the development of R.H. West's food & beverage operations.

Charles Bryant, Director
of Culinary Operations - Chef
Bryant is a 1991 graduate of Martinsville High School shortly after beginning
his culinary career at Adams Mark Hotel. Chuck, as he prefers to be
called, attended Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. While in
Portland, Chuck was the Banquet Chef at the Downtown Doubletree Hotel.
Chuck spent two years at the Sandbar Inn in Lake Champlain, Vermont before
returning to central Indiana to assume control of R.H. West's food &
beverage operations. Chef Bryant coordinates and oversees all
four Grafton Peek related venues.
