Construction

In 1996, R.H. West began the task of financing and constructing an additional nine holes and new clubhouse at Winding River Golf Course.   While performing much of the work in-house, R.H. West contracted with a variety of firms throughout the process of construction and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end.
