Over their nearly twenty years in the business of golf, R.H. West Management Corporation has developed and maintained strategic alliances with golf industry professionals in a variety of vital areas. Existing strategic alliances include those with real estate development groups, golf course design and construction companies, the Audubon, newspaper and television media, nationally recognized golf program coordinators and more.

With seven courses under management, R.H. West is able to command buying power from many of its purveyors. Buying as a single unit allows the company to strengthen the bottom line at each course and maintain consistency in its purchases.

As the company grows it will continue to maximize its strategic alliances in order to maintain uniformity in the areas of major expense and continue to expand their knowledge and expertise within the industry.

R.H. West Management owns and operates their own paving and heavy equipment. Employing this equipment, the company has self-performed numerous projects including the paving of cart paths and parking lots, dredging and expansion of lakes, reshaping and redesigning of existing areas, rebuilding greens and tees, undertaking large drainage projects and remodeling of clubhouse and maintenance facilities.
